Data deletion request

You can ask us to delete the personal data we hold about you. This applies to data we collect through our websites, forms, accounts, purchases and communications.

1. Email contact@aimstors.com (you can also copy privacy@aimstors.com).
2. Use the subject line "User Data Deletion Request".
3. Include your full name and the email address linked to your account or purchases.
4. State clearly that you want your account and personal data deleted.

To protect your data we may ask you to confirm your identity before we act.

We acknowledge your request within 48 hours and complete the deletion within 30 days. We may keep some records for longer where the law requires it, for example invoices and payment records for tax and accounting.

Deletion is permanent. You will lose your account, project history, purchase records and access to any digital products linked to it, including private download links for AI agent kits. Download anything you want to keep before you ask.
