Clear answers before you commit budget

Short, direct answers on AI automation, CRMs, custom software and websites.

  • What is AI automation?: AI automation uses language models connected to your business data and tools to complete repeatable work end-to-end — answering enquiries, qualifying leads, booking appointments, updating your CRM and following up — without a person in the loop for routine cases.
  • What is WhatsApp automation?: WhatsApp automation uses the official WhatsApp Business API to reply, qualify and follow up automatically inside the chat your customers already use. It matters because WhatsApp messages are opened at roughly 90%+ versus single-digit open rates for cold email.
  • How does an AI chatbot work?: An AI chatbot converts the customer's message into a search over your own content, sends the best-matching passages to a language model along with instructions, and returns a grounded answer. If the request needs an action, the model calls a tool such as your calendar or CRM.
  • Why use business automation?: Automation removes the delay and the copying between systems. The measurable gains are faster first response on leads, fewer missed enquiries outside working hours, fewer manual data-entry errors, and staff time returned to work that needs judgement.
  • What is a CRM and do I need one?: A CRM is the single record of every customer, enquiry, conversation and deal. You need one once enquiries outgrow one person's memory — typically past roughly 30 active leads or the moment two people handle the same customer.
  • How much does CRM development cost?: In India, a custom CRM typically runs ₹1.5–6 lakh depending on scope. A focused pipeline-and-contacts build with WhatsApp and payment integration sits at the lower end; multi-branch, multi-role platforms with automation and analytics sit at the upper end.
  • What is custom software, and when is it worth it?: Custom software is built for one organisation's workflow instead of a general market. It is worth it when the process is a competitive advantage, when licensing costs exceed ownership costs, or when compliance requires data to stay inside your boundary.
  • How long does a website take to build?: A focused landing page takes 1–2 weeks. A full marketing site with service pages, a blog and an editable admin panel takes 3–6 weeks. Web applications with authentication, payments or a customer portal take 8 weeks and up.
  • What are Core Web Vitals and why do they matter?: Core Web Vitals are Google's three user-experience metrics: Largest Contentful Paint (loading, target under 2.5s), Interaction to Next Paint (responsiveness, under 200ms) and Cumulative Layout Shift (visual stability, under 0.1). They affect both ranking and conversion.
  • What is GEO (Generative Engine Optimization)?: GEO is optimising a site so AI assistants and generative search surfaces cite it. It relies on clear structured data, unambiguous factual statements, strong topical coverage, visible authorship and consistent business information across the web.
  • What is AEO (Answer Engine Optimization)?: AEO is structuring content so a single passage can be lifted as a complete answer — in a featured snippet, a voice result or an AI summary. In practice it means asking the question as a heading and answering it in 40–60 words immediately below.
  • What is an AI voice agent?: An AI voice agent answers or places phone calls, understands speech in real time, and completes the task — booking an appointment, qualifying a lead, or answering a policy question — before transferring to a person when the request falls outside its scope.

Glossary

  • AI agent: A language model given access to your data and tools so it can complete a task, not just reply.
  • RAG (retrieval-augmented generation): Fetching relevant passages from your own content and giving them to the model so answers stay grounded.
  • WhatsApp Business API: The official programmatic channel for businesses to send and receive WhatsApp messages at scale.
  • Template message: A pre-approved WhatsApp message format required to start a conversation outside the 24-hour session window.
  • Speed-to-lead: Time between an enquiry arriving and the first meaningful response — a strong predictor of conversion.
  • Multi-tenancy: One application instance serving multiple isolated organisations, with data separated at the database level.
  • Row-level security (RLS): Database rules that decide, per row, which authenticated user may read or write it.
  • Security definer function: A database function that runs with its owner's privileges, used to check roles without recursive policy loops.
  • LCP: Largest Contentful Paint — how long the main content of a page takes to appear. Target under 2.5 seconds.
  • INP: Interaction to Next Paint — how quickly a page responds to input. Target under 200 milliseconds.
  • CLS: Cumulative Layout Shift — how much a page moves while loading. Target under 0.1.
  • Structured data: JSON-LD markup describing what a page is about so search and AI engines can interpret it reliably.
  • Topic cluster: A hub page plus linked detail pages covering one subject, signalling depth on that topic.
  • CI/CD: Automated pipelines that test and deploy code, making releases repeatable and reversible.
  • Zero-downtime deploy: Releasing a new version without interrupting active users, with an instant rollback path.
  • ETL: Extract, transform, load — moving data from source systems into a warehouse in a consistent shape.
